ABOUT THE PLAY
Adapted from the multi Emmy and Peabody Award-winning film, Love Among the Ruins is now reimagined on the stage. Jessica Medlicott was once a great actress on the London West End, now a wealthy widow, and still a devastating beauty in her advancing years. She is accused of “breach of promise” by a handsome young Naval officer who claims she promised to marry him. Her solicitor brings her to the greatest barrister at the Old Bailey, Sir Arthur Granville Jones. Who better to defend her?
